In addition to journalism, I am looking to pursue a path in biomedical engineering, combining my interests in medicine, computer science, and engineering.
Being involved in Journalism at Carlmont has helped me define my personal writing style while still researching and writing about topics that interest me.

I started journalism in my sophomore year at Carlmont High School, and over the course of the school year, I developed an interest in editing. Now, I am an editor for Scot Scoop, Carlmont's online news site, and a staff writer for The Highlander, Carlmont's school newspaper. I also do a lot of work with the website's design and coding as well as doing site maintenance and analytics.
